Shipping Policies

 

✶ Please check the USPS website for delays prior to ordering if you have a time sensitive order. Please know delays are out of my control. I can not promise delivery dates on behalf of USPS. When your order ships, you will receive tracking via the email linked to your order. You can check the tracking at any time for updates.

 

Our current processing time is 3-4 days. This is the time it takes for me to process your order to get it ready to ship. We are a family owned business. We handcraft and package all orders with love and gratitude. We consider every product a gift and that is how we ship it. 

If you are needing a gift shipped to more than one address, you MUST submit each order separately because I will need to print a separate shipping label for each gift. I will cancel and refund orders that don't follow my shop policy. Thank you for understanding. 

All processing times are stated in each listing. Please make sure that timeline works for you before ordering.

I am not liable for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to double check addresses when submitting orders. If your order is returned to me, you will need to pay for another shipping label so I can resend it.

I am not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking information that is emailed to you when I ship your order. Please make sure you are available to receive your package or if you are sending a gift, it’s best to let your someone special know they have a package coming to them so they know to check their mail/front porch.

We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail and are insured on orders $55.00 or more. Exceptions include orders where the weight of your items are less than 16oz. I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you'd like to upgrade from First Class Mail, I am happy to create a custom label for you for the additional shipping to upgrade to Priority and insured.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with tracking info.

I ship in the US only at this time and we are looking forward to expand into shipping internationally very soon! 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep an eye on tracking provided and ship to an address to where someone is able to receive the package and bring it inside in a timely manner.

Shop Policies | Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final and non-refundable. 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

Unopened domestic packages marked "Return To Sender" will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
 

 

Returns and exchange details

 Please message me BEFORE you submit your order if you have a question about delivery times. Please read my shop policies and make sure you will be happy with your purchase and delivery times as I have a no cancellation or returns policy.

 

In the event of a damaged item due to shipping, please contact me immediately. USPS includes insurance with most shipments. A photograph of the damaged along with images of the box/mailer the item was mailed in order to process your claim. Once those photographs are provided, La Gitana's Juju will send out a replacement for the item as soon as possible. 
 

I can not issue a refund if the above information is not provided.

La Gitana's Juju is not resposible for packages that as mentiones above have tge incorrect or incomplete addresses, phones numbers or emails provided to us by the customer during the checkout process. Parcels that are marked as "Delivered" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with the courier if you have not recieved your package and it shows "Deliverd". Parcels marked as "Abandoned" do not qualify for refund nor replacement. 

 

Due to the handmade nature of each item, La Gitana's Juju does not accept returns or exchanges. Please read each item description carefully to make sure you will be happy with your selection.
